This is achieved by fluid dynamic modeling to control two major factors, Droplet Size and Air to Water Ratio.

By carefully controlling droplet size using specialized nozzles and pumping systems, we ensure ideal loft distance, hang time, and surface area for any given conditions. This allows a large proportion of the water droplets to vaporize within seconds of being lofted into the air.

The air to water ratio required to ensure 100% evaporation is a significant factor in determining the effectiveness of any mist evaporator. Simply put, more air can hold more water. Epiphany engineers' extensive background in fluid dynamics and subsonic nozzle design enabled us to optimize our air flow design. Our simple and elegant design achieves the correct air to water proportions with minimal power usage through the use of carefully designed geometry to maximize entrainment into the main air flow. This allows our evaporators to move several multiples of the air that is moved by our primary fans.
